最近パンケーキ食べたくなった私は、美味しさだけではなく、居心地良く感じられる場所、ここらへんにはないのかっと思って色々探してみました。激しい夏は過ぎ、モグラ生活はもう終りましたし。変わったお店を求め、名古屋や大阪まで行く方は多いかも知れませんが、津市の中心部、なぎさまちに素敵なお店がありました！
車なしでなぎさまちまで足を運ぶ方は勇気が必要かもしれません。一体、あそこに何があるのだろうと思ってしまうときありませんか？確かに、自転車や徒歩では少し辛いところはありあす。しかし、実はあそこにお店はあるんです。結構美味しいお店が並んであります！その一つがソレイユカフェ（Soleil Café）です。
2016年にオープンしたソレイユカフェは美味しさと健康、サティスファクションをコンセプトにし、お客様が笑顔になれるメニューを作っています。店長によると、居心地良さ、笑顔だけではなく、明るく開放的な、かつ洗練された空間を作り、笑顔あふれる居心地の良い空間で「心と体に優しい時間」を提供しています。また、このお店は津市なぎさまちの活性化の一端としての役割も持っています（なぎさまちは「空港へ行くから通る」ところだけのようなイメージになっていますからね）。
お店に訪れる方は主に女性、働く女性ですが、女子会、デートにもおススメです（男性の方もウェルカムですよ）。しかし、このお店は人気すぎて、いつも満席ですので、予約とって行った方がおススメです。
11:00から14:00のランチタイムではワンプレートランチと単品ボウルランチがあります。 月替わりランチもあります。１０月のランチはこれでした。
11:00から16:00のオールタイムメニューでは、パンケーキの２種類：スタンダードパンケーキと天使のパンケーキがあります。様々なフレーバ、果物、季節限定なパンケーキがあります。フワフワで、美味しくて、悲しい思いでも笑顔に変えてくれるパンケーキです。
他にもパフェ、タピオカドリンク（最近すごく人気ですね）、スムージ、コーヒなどもあります。
お店の椅子の色や飾り、デコレーションも綺麗だと思いました。
ちなみに、Soleilはフランス語で「太陽」ですので、是非ソレイユカフェの明るさで笑顔に
なって下さい。

Soleil Café will make your day sunny
These days, I suddenly wanted to eat a pancake. I was looking for something not only tasty, but also a comfortable place to spend time. Those kind of places are difficult to find here, because usually the shops are made to eat and go.
After the hot summer, I came out from my cave to look for a different shop. I was searching something near, because going to Nagoya or any other big city just to eat a pancake is quite exhaustive. However, I found a place! And it is at nagisamachi!
You may be thinking that going to nagisamachi without a car could be hard (and it is, if you are riding a bicycle or by foot). Also, you may be thinking what would you find there, in the way to the airport line. Well, actually there are some shops in there. And one of them is Soleil Café.
It opened in 2016 with the concept of bringing “beauty, healthy and satisfaction” to their clients. Their menu is composed with food that can bring smile. As the owner told me, the place was made to be not only comfortable and positive, but also open-minded and sophisticated. A place to your “heart and body feel refreshed”. Furthermore, the store has the mission to revitalize that part of Tsu city (if you notice, nagisamachi is mostly known only as the way to the airport and people do not go there often).
Most of the clients are women, working women. Most of the space is for 2 people, but “girls meeting” with 4, 5 people can be hold there. Also, it is recommended for couples (although, it doesn’t mean men cannot spend time in there). However, I advise you: make a reservation! Really. that place is full as crazy and you will have to wait a long time (my own experience, believe me) just to eat a pancake.
From 11:00 to 14:00 is lunch time. They serve one plate or bowl lunch. There is also a monthly menu. October`s menu is in the picture. From 11:00 to 16:00 is all-time menu time, which means you can choose a lot of things, including the pancake super menu.
There are two kinds of pancake: standard pancake and the angel`s pancake. You can choose from a variety of flavors, with fruits, chocolate and a special seasonal pancake. They are fluffy, tasty, beautiful and can make you feel good even if your day was a trash. There is also parfait, tapioca drink (totally a trend these days), smoothies, coffee and so on.
Another interesting thing is the shop`s decoration. It is totally fancy. They also sell some loquat fruit tea. It seems to be good for your health.
By the way, the word “Soleil” means “sun” in French. Thus, feel very welcomed to stop by Soleil Café at nagisamachi. I am sure you will be smiling when leaving the shop.

Access from bus is the easiest way (if you don’t have a car):
From Tsu station: take the bus access to the airport and get off at minatokaigan bus stop. Walk around 1 minute. From other bus lines, get off at miekaikanmae and walk around 10 to 15 minutes.
